Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Trim Audio provides digital services. Because digital services create access rights and resource usage once activated or used, used services are generally not refundable.

However, we understand that real situations can vary. If there is a duplicate charge, a clear technical failure, or another special circumstance, contact us and we will try to handle reasonable cases fairly.

2. Refunds May Be Available For

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.
  • Successful payment where membership access was not activated and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • Technical failures caused by Trim Audio that prevent access to purchased core features.
  • Refunds required by applicable law.
  • Other special circumstances that support approves as reasonable.

3. Refunds Are Usually Not Available For

  • Services that were activated and used normally.
  • Changing your mind, no longer needing the service, or personal preference.
  • Results caused by misunderstanding the feature, not reading instructions, or user error.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, or bypassing limits.
  • Issues caused by third-party networks, devices, browsers, or local files.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current paid billing period. After cancellation, you can usually continue using paid benefits until the end of the current billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@trimaud.com and include as much of the following as possible:

  • Your account email address.
  • Order number, transaction ID, or payment screenshot.
  • Payment date and amount.
  • Reason for the refund request and a description of the issue.
  • For technical issues, screenshots, browser details, or error messages.

6. Review and Processing Time

We usually respond to refund requests within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem or the relevant payment channel.

Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

7. Special Circumstances

If your case does not fit the standard rules but you have a reasonable concern, please still contact us. We will consider usage, issue cause, payment status, and applicable law to reach a fair outcome where possible.
