Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
1. About Trim Audio
Trim Audio provides a browser-based audio silence cleaning tool that helps users automatically remove silent gaps, empty pauses, and dead air from audio files.
By using Trim Audio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Service Description
Trim Audio's core audio processing runs locally in your browser. Under normal operation, audio files selected in the cleaner are not uploaded to our servers.
- Guest, free, and paid users may use the audio cleaner according to their plan limits.
- Account data, login status, usage counts, subscription status, and payment records may be stored to provide the service and prevent abuse.
- We may adjust free allowances, membership benefits, file size limits, and processing rules to keep the service stable.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, automated attacks, limit bypassing, payment fraud, or violations of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Trim Audio to:
- Violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload, process, or distribute malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
- Attack, interfere with, reverse engineer, or bypass security and usage limits.
- Use automated scripts to consume excessive resources or disrupt other users.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid services are processed through the third-party payment provider Creem. Payment information is handled by Creem under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Prices, plan benefits, and billing periods are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Trim Audio website, interface, branding, logo, copy, and software features are owned by Trim Audio or its licensors.
You retain your rights to your own audio content. Because core audio processing happens locally in the browser, we usually do not receive or store your audio files.
7. Disclaimers
Trim Audio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.
You should keep backups of important audio files and review output before using it. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the service, except where required by applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for product, payment, legal, or security reasons. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and apply from the effective date shown above.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Trim Audio will be handled under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable in a specific location, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
